It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be processwed within 24hrs of payment and dispatched the next business day. All items are registered and shipped via Australia Post. Our shipping rates are based on Australia Post real time rates, which are communicated and confirmed upon product and delivery address details being provided at checkout. You are also eligible for FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50AUD.

You are able to track your delivery - once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

Please click on the following link to track your order once it has been shipped.

You will be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.


Receive free STANDARD POSTAGE delivery when you place an order of $50AUD or more. Available for a limited time only.

Free shipping will not apply when you've taken advantage of a special offer and the actual dollar value of the purchase is lower than $50 after discount.


Your satisfaction is our first priority at MY BAG SHOP. If your item is faulty upon receipt, is not as described or you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 business days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags attached and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.


To return an item, please select returns and exchanges from the menu in the footer and complete the information required.

MY BAG SHOP will be in contact with you on receipt of your email to arrange your return or exchange.

Return postage will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance please contact our customer care team. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered post as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by My Bag Shop.
